MYNDSET is a behavioural change program that delivers more than just weight loss. Weight loss is a consequence of preventing, treating and managing obesity.

MYNDSET is based on more than 20 years of research and proven clinical practice and many years of experience in software development in consumer health, healthcare, digital health, and virtual health.
It uses Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality exposure therapy to show trigger foods and help users experience resisting temptation, in the places it’s most likely to strike like at home, in a local restaurant, in a pizzeria or in a shopping mall.
Studies show experience is more powerful than knowledge in helping people change their behaviour. In a landmark study, people who received VR-enhanced therapy were 7 times more likely to maintain weight loss compared with non-VR controls.

Reality is in people’s minds. Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality are magic because they enhance and modify human perception. That perception becomes the new reality. Some call is Extended Reality or XR. For people with obesity and eating disorders our immersive therapies restore the mind-body connections.
The real magic comes from how MYND is bringing together many years of research, proven clinical methods, software, design thinking, the application of advanced technologies such as VR/AR/XR and AI, gamification, interactive arts and storytelling into products, experiences and services to benefit our customers.
