2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the MYNDSET application. The application is not intended for use by individuals who are pregnant or who have a Body Mass Index (BMI) below 18.5. 4. Fees, Renewal, Cancellations & Refund Policies
Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the plan selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. 5. User Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 6. Consent to Receive Electronic Communications

10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 11. Term and Termination
These terms are effective until terminated by either you or MYND Therapeutics Inc.
