SoCal Tech Highway 2020

MYND Therapeutics was selected for the new SoCal Tech Highway Telehealth Acceleration Program in 2020, a three-month initiative supporting Canadian telehealth SMEs in expanding to the Southern California market.

The program, organized by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada, was designed to help Canadian companies navigate the US healthcare market and build relationships with key stakeholders in the telehealth and digital health sectors.

As part of the program, MYND Therapeutics received mentorship from industry experts, introductions to potential partners and investors, and strategic guidance on market entry. The acceleration program focused specifically on telehealth solutions, recognizing the rapid growth of remote healthcare delivery driven by the COVID-19 pandemic.

MYND Therapeutics' selection for the program validated the market potential of their MYNDSET platform and provided a foundation for the company's US expansion strategy. The experience helped shape MYND's approach to entering the American healthcare market with their innovative digital therapeutic for obesity management.
